Historic Food Program Consulting

•  Aim to improve the quality of food programs at historic sites, with the goal to not only attract more visitors, but to engage current guests in a way that balances historical accuracy with modern convenience 
• Conduct thorough analysis of  the current food program using methods I have developed through investigations of a wide variety of popular sites such as Old Sturbridge Village in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia, Billings Farm in Woodstock, Vermont, as well as the Tenement Museum in New York City
• Provide recommendations based on my analysis as well as the clients’ needs
